Worldwide shipping with Australia Post. All orders are posted individually with a tracking number.

Express shipping with signature upon delivery $15
Order over $400 is eligible for free shipping.
International Shipping
Standard shipping $30. Express shipping $45

Return & Exchange Policy
If the jewellery is damaged or defective when you receive it, please contact Summer immediately by email at zipei.melbourne@gmail.com.
If the jewellery fails to satisfy your expectations, ZIPEI offers customers 30 days from the day their order is shipped to return their order. Pre-order item and commissioned work cannot be refunded or exchanged, but if there's any question you can always contact us for help.
If you are returning the order, the jewellery must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Please note customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as the risk in transit. We recommend 'signature on delivery' option for.everything you are sending to us. The shipping cost will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel or return your order, please email Summer at zipei.melbourne@gmail.com
Customer is responsible for providing the correct ring size for all ring orders. If resize is required upon receiving the item, ZIPEI offers this service with a fee. If the ring cannot be resized, it can be exchanged for other items or store credit. Please note exchange is not possible with commissioned work and some of the pre-order items, so we ask you to check your ring size carefully.
